Mindful Monday: Ramble

Hello folks, beautiful, magical, creative, and every other wonderful descriptive out there!

Today I’m not writing a typical ‘Mindful Monday’ post. I had two blog posts planned for last week. They were outlined, partially researched, and all I needed to do was actually write the words, find the photos, and publish. And yeah, obviously that didn’t happen. Bad Katharine. So, to help me get back into the swing of things, I thought maybe just talking through life would be the best idea.

Honestly, February has been a bit rough so far. I’ve had a lot of bad health days, I haven’t been getting as much sleep as I should, and I’ve been leaving all the house chores, cleaning, and cooking to my wonderful husband. And on top of that, feeling as miserable as I have been lately takes a huge toll on emotional stability too. It’s just been a lot to deal with over the last couple of weeks, which really has not left me in any kind of mood for writing.

Hopefully the light at the end of the tunnel is close and I’ll start being able to start getting back to a normal routine again. I miss blogging on a consistent basis, and also being able to get things done around the house on my own. I did make it out to see my horse yesterday and even though I didn’t get to do much with her, it was still nice to get some pony kisses again.

Besides that, I really don’t have a lot to ramble about, unless you all want to read a whole page of emotional mess! Which nobody wants to read and I have even less desire to write, so there we are.

I’ll try to be back with something more productive later on in the week.

Love and kindness!
