June 2019 Goals

Hello beautiful, lovely people!

Right now, while I’m typing this, I’m longing to go home and crawl back into bed. It’s been a very long week and I’m ready for some time as a vegetable. Just let me binge-watch Supernatural and snuggle my attention-starved kitties for a day without being interrupted. That would be awesome, thank you very much.

I know I already said this last month, but where is the time going?! I spent this whole last week writing March on all my paperwork for no reason whatsoever. The last month was reasonably productive though – we took a nice vacation, the house stayed clean, I cooked dinner a lot more, and I actually feel like I made really good strides on several of my projects. I’ll update my May post in a few days most likely, but right now I want to focus ahead.

Goals for June 2019

  • Search for (and hopefully find) a house in the area.
  • Finish the process of refinancing my car.
  • 8 blog posts.
  • Choose a project and plan for July – Camp Nano round 2 is coming up!
  • Hopefully get the chance to just sit on my horse at least once.
  • Start rehearsals for the musical I agreed to help with.
  • Plan and do something fun for Midsummer (summer solstice).
  • Make a good head-start on my freelance writing plans.
  • Stick to weekly meal plans when cooking and shopping.
  • Find ways to work through my anxiety and emotional disconnect.
  • Continue my bullet journal experiment.

I’m a little hesitant to see how this musical project I agreed to will affect all my other projects and goals. I said yes because figured that it might be some time after the baby arrives before I can get involved in a show again, so I ought to do it now!

It would also be awesome if I could spend more time on my horse. It’s probably just because I’ve more or less been banned from riding that I want to do it so badly, but I miss it a lot this year. I already have a long list of things I want to do with her next year though, so we’ll make up for lost time soon enough!

Love and kindness, always!
